Assessment Payment Options

Assessment bills have been mailed to all lot owners. Amounts due, including any credits are outlined in your bill. Make checks payable to Windwood Fly In Resort UOA and mail to 1 Cessna Lane, Davis, WV 26260

Pay Annual Assessment
In Full – Due By Feb 15th

Payment after February 15th, 2024 will be considered LATE and charged an additional $250.

Split Pay Option – First Half

Pay half – Due By February 15, 2024
($40 Convenience Fee Included)
Payment after February 15th will be considered
LATE and charged an additional $250. 

Split Pay Option – Second Half

Pay half – DUE By June 30, 2024
($40 Convenience Fee Included)
Payment after June 30th will be considered
